专利说明:
Gripper opener for a weaving machine. Technical field and state of the art. The invention relates to a gripper opener for opening a gripper clamp of a gripper at a weaving machine. A gripper opener for opening a gripper clamp of a gripper is disclosed, for example, in EP 0 309 700 A1. The gripper opener includes an opener element with a working surface adapted to cooperate with the gripper clamp for opening the gripper clamp. The opening element is movably mounted according to a direction of movement of the gripper by means of an adjustment device and is movable by means of the adjustment device according to the direction of movement for an adjustment of an opening position. As described in WO 97/40218 A1, the opener element is subject to wear due to contact with the gripper clamp. In order to extend the lifespan of the opener element, WO 97/40218 A1 proposes to mount the opener element adaptably in position perpendicular to the direction of movement in order to move the opener element away from the path of movement of the gripper. EP 1 491 670 A1 shows a gripper opener comprising a strip-shaped opener element with four shaped edges, each formed edge is suitable for progressive engagement with a gripper opener lever for opening a gripper clamp. The gripper opener further comprises a guide with a guide channel, the strip-shaped opening element being movably mounted in a direction of movement of the gripper in the guide channel so that one of the edges formed is presented to make contact with the gripper clamp for opening the gripper clamp. Summary of the invention. It is an object of the invention to provide a gripper opener and a weaving machine with low manufacturing costs and low maintenance costs. This object is solved by the grab opener with the features of claim 1 and the grab weaving machine with the features of claim 15. According to a first aspect, a gripper opener is provided for opening a gripper clamp of a gripper at a weaving machine comprising a strip-shaped opener element and a guide with a guide channel, wherein the guide can be arranged on the weaving machine with the guide channel parallel to a direction of movement of the gripper, wherein the strip-shaped opening element is provided with a top, a bottom, a first side and a second side, wherein the first side and the second side extend between the top and the bottom, wherein the strip-shaped opening element has a first working surface provided on the first side, the first working surface being adapted to cooperate with the gripper clamp for opening the gripper clamp, the strip-shaped opening element being movable along the longitudinal direction of the guide channel in the guide channel and the first werki surface of the opener element presents to make contact with the gripper clamp for opening the gripper clamp, wherein the strip-shaped opener element is provided at the top with a first coupling element and at the bottom with a second coupling element having the same construction as the first coupling element, wherein the first coupling element and the second coupling element are arranged centrally in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, respectively at the top and the bottom, and are positioned mirror-symmetrically with respect to each other, wherein the guide is provided with at least one counter element, and wherein at least one of the first coupling element and the second coupling element forms a tongue-and-groove connection with the at least one counter element for guiding the strip-shaped opening element in the guide channel perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The tongue and groove connection allows reliable guidance of the strip-shaped opening element perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. Due to the contact with the gripper clamp to be opened, the first operating surface is subject to wear. At the end of the service life of the first working surface, the strip-shaped opening element can be turned or rotated and thereby brought into a different orientation and used again with a different orientation. The strip-shaped opening element can for instance be mounted in the first orientation in the guide channel which presents the first operating surface. Due to the symmetrical central arrangement of the first coupling element and the second coupling element, the strip-shaped opening element can be dismantled, brought into a second orientation by 180 ° about the longitudinal direction, a normal direction perpendicular to the top and / or a third axis perpendicular to rotate in the longitudinal direction and the normal direction, and reassemble in the second orientation in the guide surface, wherein in each orientation one of the first coupling element and the second coupling element cooperates with the counter element. In one embodiment, only one counter element is provided. In other embodiments, two counter elements are provided on opposite sides of the guide channel, which cooperate with the first coupling element and the second coupling element. A respective strip-shaped opening element can be manufactured at low costs. Furthermore, the maintenance costs are low as the strip-shaped opening element can be mounted and used in various orientations. In preferred embodiments, the strip-shaped opening element has four operating surfaces, two operating surfaces being provided on each side. In such an embodiment, the strip-shaped opening element can be used four times, i.e. with four different orientations, one working surface being presented in each orientation and at least one of the first coupling element or the second coupling element cooperating with the guide opposite element in each orientation . In one embodiment, the operating surfaces have a different design, wherein, when selecting an orientation of the strip-shaped opening element relative to the guide, an opening profile of the gripper clamp is influenced. In preferred embodiments, the strip-shaped opening element has two orthogonal symmetry lines. The working surfaces thus have the same design at least within tolerances and an orientation of the strip-shaped opening element relative to the guide does not affect an opening profile of the gripper clamp. In one embodiment, the first coupling element and the second coupling element are both tongues, corresponding grooves being provided on the guide channel to receive the tongues. In preferred embodiments, the first coupling element and the second coupling element are in the form of a groove, each extending in the longitudinal direction, and the counter element is a tongue, in particular a tongue protruding from an edge of an opening of the guide channel. In one embodiment, two tongues are provided that protrude from opposite edges of the opening of the guide channel. In one embodiment, the tongue extends continuously over a distance that allows a sufficient displacement of the strip-shaped opening element along the tongue. In preferred embodiments, the counter element includes two different tongue portions for providing two different guide regions in the longitudinal direction. A reliable guidance is hereby provided, while a risk of jamming or the like due to tolerances is minimized. In one embodiment, the strip-shaped opening element is manually positioned in the longitudinal direction for an adjustment of an opening position of a gripper clamp. In other embodiments, a hydraulic drive or a pneumatic drive is provided for positioning the strip-shaped opening element. In preferred embodiments, the gripper opener includes a drive motor that is drivably coupled to the strip-shaped opener element and is operative to move the strip-shaped opener element in the longitudinal direction. A coupling mechanism for coupling the drive motor and the strip-shaped opening element is suitably chosen by the skilled person. In preferred embodiments, the drive motor is coupled to the strip-shaped opening element via a crank and a rod. In preferred embodiments, the gripper opener includes a support plate, wherein the guide can be attached via a support plate to a frame of the weaving machine. The gripper and the support plate can be designed as a pre-assembled sub-module to allow a simple arrangement on the weaving machine. The guide is arranged in preferred embodiments on the support plate adaptable in position in at least one of the direction of movement of the gripper and a transverse direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the gripper. By adjusting the position of the guide, an opening profile of a gripper clamp, in particular an opening degree, can be adapted to the weaving conditions. In one embodiment, at least one drive mechanism is provided to adjust a position of the guide on the support plate. In preferred embodiments, the guide is manually adjustable in position on the support plate. This allows a cost efficient design by reducing the number of drive mechanisms. In preferred embodiments, the connection between the support plate and the guide includes at least one slot hole and a pin-shaped element extending through the slot hole. The slot hole allows reliable relative positioning of the support plate and the guide within limits. The slotted hole is preferably provided at an oblique angle to the longitudinal direction of the guide channel. In one embodiment, the support plate only carries the gripper opener. In other embodiments, additional elements are provided on the support plate. For example, in one embodiment a suction unit is mounted on the frame of the weaving machine. The suction unit is used in one embodiment to remove dust and / or to keep ends of weft threads released by the gripper gripper stretched so that these ends would not jump back into the warp threads. In one embodiment, when mounted on a weaving machine, the guide and the strip-shaped opening element are positioned at the bottom of the support plate between the frame of the weaving machine and the support plate. Here, in preferred embodiments, the support plate is provided with a removable cover to allow access to the guide and / or the strip-shaped opening element positioned at the bottom of the support plate. In preferred embodiments, a stop lath is provided which can be fixedly positioned on the weaving machine, so that the gripper is clamped between the guide with the strip-shaped opening element and the stop lath. An unwanted evasive movement of the gripper clamp in contact with the strip-shaped opening element can be avoided by means of a stop lath. According to a second aspect, a weaving machine is provided comprising a gripper with a gripper clamp and a gripper opener as described above. Brief description of the drawings. The weaving machine shown in Figures 1 and 2 contains two lances 1, each carrying a gripper 2, 3 at their free end. The gripper 2 is also referred to as a gripper and the gripper 3 is also referred to as a gripper gripper. On the insertion side of a weaving pocket formed by warp threads 12, the gripper 2 receives a weft thread 4 presented by a presentation device 19 to the gripper 2. A weft thread stock is stored on a spool 17 from which a weft thread 4 to be inserted must be removed and stored on a pre-winder 18 is wound before being introduced into the weaving section. There are generally different coils 17 and different pre-wrappers 18, the weft threads of which are presented to the gripper 2 by the presentation device 19 according to a preselected pattern. The lances 1 are driven by drive wheels 6 and are guided around these drive wheels 6 by guides 7. The lances 1 move in and back out of the weaving compartment and as a result the gripper 2 and the gripper gripper 3 meet in the middle of the weaving compartment. Subsequently, the gripper gripper 3 receives the weft thread 4 and pulls the weft thread 4 to the opposite side, this is the side opposite the insertion side. Thereafter, the weft thread introduced is struck against the fabric 13 by a reed 11. The cane 11 is mounted on a drawer 10 and moves back and forth. To form a weaving pocket, the warp threads 12 are selectively lifted and lowered by means of so-called levers 9. The weaving pocket is changed after the weft thread 4 has been introduced. When the gripper 2 receives a weft thread 4 presented thereon, a gripper clamp mounted on the gripper 2 is closed. Similarly, the gripper gripper 3 is also provided with a gripper clamp that holds the weft thread 4 during transport, which is opened when the gripper gripper 3 has reached the opposite side. Closing the gripper clamp of the gripper 2 upon receipt of a weft thread 4 and upon entering the weaving section is ordered by a gripper opener 5. The opening of the gripper clamp of the gripper gripper 3 in the area outside the weaving pocket on the opposite side is ordered by a gripper opener 20. For example, the gripper openers 5, 20 each include an opener element 22 (shown in Figure 3) with a working surface adapted to contact the gripper clamp for opening the gripper clamp. Depending on the design of the gripper clamp of the gripper 2, 3, a gripper opener 5, 20 which is used to open the gripper clamp comprises an opener element 22 located away from the fabric 13 relative to the path of movement of the gripper 2,3 or an opener element 22 located towards the fabric 13 relative to the path of movement of the gripper 2, 3 to allow the opener element 22 to contact the gripper clamp. Figures 3 and 4 schematically show a gripper opener 20 arranged on the opposite side and comprising a strip-shaped opener element 22 which is arranged away from the fabric 13 relative to the path of movement of the taker gripper 3. In an embodiment as known from WO 02/077343 and shown in Figure 5, the gripper gripper 3 comprises a movable gripper clamp 14 with a protruding contact element 15 which can cooperate with the opening element 22 of the gripper opener 20 to open the gripper clamp 14 of the gripper gripper 3 or to close. The protruding contact element 15 is provided, for example, on a lever which forms part of the gripper clamp 14. The gripper opener 20 comprises a guide 21 with a guide channel 26 arranged on the weaving machine so that the guide channel 26 extends parallel to the direction of movement of the gripper 2, 3. The strip-shaped opening element 22 is mounted in the guide channel 26 which presents a first working surface 61, which first working surface 61 is adapted to cooperate with the gripper clamp 14 of the gripper gripper 3, more particularly the protruding contact element 15 (shown in Figure 5) for opening the gripper clamp 14 of the gripper gripper 3. The strip-shaped opening element 22 is received movably in the guide channel 26 in the longitudinal direction of the guide channel 26, the opening element 22 being movable in the longitudinal direction for an adjustment of an opening position for the gripper clamp. In order to move the strip-shaped opening element 22, a drive motor 23 is provided in the embodiment shown in figures 3 and 4. As shown in more detail in Figure 6, the drive motor 23 is coupled via a crank 24 and a rod 25 to the strip-shaped opening element 22. An encoder 68 can be provided on the drive motor 23 to determine the angular position of the drive motor 23. The drive motor 23 and / or the encoder 68 are connected via an electrical cable 69 to a control unit (not shown). The guide 21, the strip-shaped opening element 22, the drive motor 23 and the coupling mechanism 16 including the crank 24 and the rod 25 are shown in Figure 6. The strip-shaped opening element 22 is shown in Figure 7 in a perspective view. Furthermore, the strip-shaped opening element 22 together with the guide 21 is shown in different ways in figures 8 to 11. Figures 12 and 13 show the embodiment of figures 3 and 4 in the dismantled state. As can best be seen in Figure 7, the strip-shaped opening element 22 is provided with a top 30, a bottom 31, a first side 32 and an opposite second side 33, the first side 32 and the second side 33 extending between the top 30 and the bottom 31. The strip-shaped opening element 22 shown has two orthogonal symmetry lines 82 and 83 which are schematically indicated by broken lines in Figure 7. The strip-shaped opening element 22 has four operating surfaces 61, 62, 63, 64 and can be used in four different orientations. In the embodiment shown, two operating surfaces of the opening element 22 are provided on each side 32, 33, more particularly two operating surfaces 61.62 on the side 32 and two operating surfaces 63.64 on the side 33. Each operating surface 61, 62, 63 64 is adapted to cooperate with the gripper clamp of the gripper 2, 3 (shown in Figure 2) for opening the gripper clamp of the gripper 2, 3. In the illustrated embodiment, the operating surfaces 61, 62, 63, 64 same design. More specifically, the strip-shaped opening element 22 shown is provided on each side 32, 33 with five surface parts 34, 35, 36 arranged at different angles to a longitudinal direction and with four transition areas 37, 38 arranged between the surface parts 34.35.36 . At both ends, three surface portions 34, 35, 36 and the associated transition regions 37, 38 form an operating surface 61, 62; 63.64, wherein a central surface portion 34 passes through both operating surfaces 61, 62; 63.64 is used. In the illustrated embodiment, a relatively long straight central surface portion 34 is provided. Such a central surface part 34 is advantageous for ordering an opening degree of the gripper clamp. In addition, surface portions 36 with a relatively large inclined angle are provided at the distal ends of the sides 32, 33. Such surface parts 36 are advantageous for quickly opening the gripper clamp. In the illustrated embodiment, between the straight central surface part 34 and the surface parts 36 at the distal ends, surface parts 35 with a smaller inclined angle than the surface parts 36 at the distal ends are provided, which is advantageous for stabilizing the movement of the gripper clamp during the open or close. At the top 30, a first coupling element 28 is provided in the form of a groove. A second coupling element 79 (shown in Figure 10) is provided on the underside 31, which has the same construction as the first coupling element 28, thus also in the form of a groove. The first coupling element 28 and the second coupling element 79 are arranged centrally in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction at the top 30 and the bottom 31 respectively. Furthermore, the first coupling element 28 and the second coupling element 79 are mirror-symmetrically positioned with respect to each other. Finally, the first coupling element 28 and the second coupling element 79 each have a symmetrical plane perpendicular to the top 30 and the bottom 31. A continuous hole 39 is provided in a center of the strip-shaped opening element 22 for coupling the strip-shaped opening element 22 to the rod 25 shown in Figure 8. Figure 9 shows a top view of the guide 21 and the strip-shaped opening element 22. Figures 10 and 11 are, respectively, a section along plane AA and plane BB in Figure 9. As shown in Figures 10 and 11, the guide 21 is provided with a counter element 27 in the form of a tongue protruding from an edge of the opening of the guide channel 26 of the guide 21. The strip-shaped opening element 22 can be movably mounted in the guide channel 26 along the longitudinal direction of the guide channel 26. The opener element can herein 22 present one of the four operating surfaces 61, 62, 63, 64 of the opening element 22 to make contact with the gripper clamp, for example for opening the gripper clamp 14 of the gripper gripper 3 shown in Figure 5. Depending on the orientation of the strip-shaped opener element 22 is the first coupling element 28, this is the groove provided at the top 30, or the second coupling element 79, this is the groove provided and connected at the bottom 31 to the counter element 27, this is the tongue provided on the guide 21 to form a tongue and groove connection to guide the strip-shaped opening element 22 in the guide channel 26 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. In the embodiment shown, the guide 21 comprises a main body 70 and a bottom element 71 that is removable from the main body 70 to mount and disassemble the strip-shaped opening element 22. The main body 70 and the bottom element 71 together form a U-shaped guide channel 26. As can be seen in Figures 10 and 11, the counter element 27 is provided on the main body 70 at an edge of the opening of the guide channel 26. Alternatively or additionally a counter element 27 is provided on the bottom element 71 which is inserted into the groove provided on the coupling element 79 on one side of the strip-shaped opening element 22 opposite the bottom element 71. To avoid interference with the rod 25, the main body 70 is provided with a recess 72 (shown in Figure 9). The recess 72 also separates the tongue provided as the counter element 27 on the main body 70 into two different tongue parts which provide two different guide regions 84 and 85 in the longitudinal direction of the guide channel on two sides of the through hole 39. As best seen in Figure 6, the guide 21 is provided with mounting blocks 86 with bores 42 to receive pin-shaped elements 41 (shown in Figures 3 and 4). As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the guide 21 is mounted on a frame 60 of the weaving machine with the guide channel 26 extending parallel to a direction of movement of the gripper 2,3 (shown in Figure 2). In the embodiment shown, the gripper opener 20 comprises a support plate 29 which is fixed to the frame 60 using a support block 47 via a support block 47. The guide 21 can be fixed via the supporting plate 29 to the frame 60 of the weaving machine. The support plate 29 shown in figures 3 and 4 is provided with two slotted holes 40 which are arranged at an oblique angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the guide channel 26. The guide 21 is attached to the support plate 29 by means of two pin-shaped elements 41, each extending through one slot hole 40 and received in a bore 42 (shown in Figure 6). The guide 21 is manually adjustable in position relative to the support plate 29 in the direction of movement of the gripper 2, 3 (shown in Figure 2) and a transverse direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the gripper 2, 3 within the limits defined by the slotted holes 40 Both slot holes 40 are arranged parallel to each other, so that the longitudinal direction of the guide channel 26 remains parallel to the direction of movement of the gripper 2, 3 when adjusting a position of the guide 21. When fixing the pin-shaped elements 41, the guide 21 fixed to the support plate 29 in a desired position. Butterfly nuts or wing nuts are provided on the pin-shaped elements 41 for attaching or loosening the pin-shaped elements 41. The butterfly nuts or wing nuts allow simple operation. As best seen in Figures 3 and 4 in the illustrated embodiment, the guide 21 and the strip-shaped opening element 22 are positioned at the bottom of the support plate 29 between the frame 60 of the weaving machine and the support plate 29. In order to allow an operator has access to elements positioned at the bottom of the support plate 29, such as the guide 21, the strip-shaped opening element 22 and / or the rod 25, without the need to disassemble the guide 21 from the support plate 29, the support plate 29 is provided with a removable cover 43. The gripper opener 20 shown in Figures 3 and 4 further comprises a stop slat 44 which is fixedly positioned on the frame 60 of the weaving machine. The stop lath 44 and the strip-shaped opening element 22 are arranged on opposite sides of the path of movement of the gripper gripper 3 (shown in Figure 2), so that the gripper gripper 3 is clamped between the strip-shaped opening element 22 and the stop lath 44. The stop lath 44 limits an evasive movement of the gripper gripper 3 away from the strip-shaped opening element 22. In the embodiment shown in figures 3 and 4, furthermore, a suction unit 45 is provided. The suction unit 45 is mounted on the frame 60 in the area of the strip-shaped opening element 22. Furthermore, a blower device 46 is provided for blowing dust away from the gripper clamp. Figures 14 and 15 are a perspective view of a second embodiment of a grab opener 20, while Figures 16 and 17 represent a dismantled state. The grab opener 20 is similar to the grab opener 20 shown in Figures 3 to 13 and the same reference numbers will be used for the same or similar elements. This allows the opening element 22, which is driven by the drive motor 23 for a longitudinal direction of the guide channel 26, to be provided on the frame 60 in the direction towards the weaving pocket formed by warp threads 12 (shown in Figure 1) or away. of the fabric 13. The guide 21 is mounted on the support plate 29 by means of two pin-shaped elements 41 which each extend through one slotted hole 40 associated with the support plate 29. The support plate 29 is movable on the frame 60 in position in the direction of movement of the gripper 2,3 (shown in Figure 2) attached. To achieve this goal, slotted holes 80, 81 are provided on the support plate 29 which, after mounting the support plate 29, extend parallel to the direction of movement of the gripper 2, 3. A blower 46 can be provided on the support plate 29 to blow dust away from the gripper clamp. In Figures 14 to 17, the suction unit 45 is attached to the frame 60 of the weaving machine via the support 67. Thus, the suction unit 45 is not moved with the support plate 29 when adjusting the position of the support plate 29. The support plate 29 is attached to the frame 60 via a support profile 48. A stop lath 44 is attached to the support profile 48, so that a gripper 2, 3 can be guided between the stop lath 44 and the strip-shaped opening element 22. The support plate 29 is also attached to the frame 60 via at least one support block 49 and bolts 65 in a certain length position relative to the frame 60. In the illustrated embodiments of Figures 3 to 17 a gripper opener 20 is shown which cooperates with a gripper clamp 14 of a gripper gripper 3. The embodiments shown for the gripper opener 20 can of course also be used for a gripper opener 5 which cooperates with a gripper clamp 14. from a grabber 2. The invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments and shown in the figures. Variant forms and dimensions that fall within the claims and combinations of the described and illustrated embodiments are also possible.
